  • 94 Item Consumption Follow Up Settlement and Audit
  • Follow UP PM Teams Requirements (EHS/Operation)
  • Share Sites Critical Snags and Follow Up it till Close with Owners (Provide TR for Needed DO & Offers)

QTT:   

  • Share Sites Critical Snags and Follow Up it till Close with Owners (Provide TR for Needed DO & Offers)
  • Daily Share QTT Plan and Achievement for PM Teams and Offices
  • Ensure QTT Reports Accuracy with Follow Up Teams in Sites
  • Follow UP Pending QTT DOs and Offers with Owner
  • Collect Weekly to be sent to Customer and Ensure Accuracy
  • TE Representative:
  • Collect Weekly TE Representative for CM & PM from Offices and Share with Customer

IES System:

  • Owner for Region System Achievement /Region Peer with Customer
  • Follow Up new hiring Staff Re-equipment for System
  • Create /Close needed Accounts
  • Follow Up Region /Offices Result in Daily Basis
  • Training and Direct Communication for Staff whom need enhancement

PG Invoice:

  • Customer PG Invoice in Monthly Basis.
  • OBP:
  • OBP System Owner in Region with Region Manager and Region Accountant Full Power for your Action Taken against on Ground Staff/Team leaders for any Non-Cooperation.
