Description
- Manage and maintain on-premises and cloud-based Microsoft solutions, including Exchange Server, Active Directory, Intune, Office 365, Azure, backup solutions, and storage.
- Implement and configure new Microsoft technologies and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our Microsoft environment.
- Perform routine maintenance and patching to ensure system security and performance.
- Monitor system health and performance metrics, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
- Collaborate with other IT team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless technology integration and support.
- Document technical procedures and best practices.
- Stay abreast of the latest Microsoft technologies and trends.
