• Proven experience of at least 3 years in architectural drafting, demonstrating a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software, showcasing technical skills in creating detailed and accurate drawings.
• Certification in architectural drafting or design from a recognized institution, highlighting commitment to professional development.
• Experience in residential and commercial project types, indicating versatility and a broad understanding of architectural requirements.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations, ensuring compliance in all drafting work.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with architects, clients, and contractors.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting, minimizing errors and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
