Overview:
Seeking an experienced Store Manager for our upcoming construction materials and hardware store in Abu Dhabi. The candidate should have experience in product procurement and management.

Role Summary:
Lead operations with a focus on sourcing, product range management, technical knowledge, and supplier negotiations.

Responsibilities:
- Procure high-demand construction materials and hardware, ensuring a competitive product selection.
- Adapt product offerings based on market trends.
- Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and customers for continued satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of UAE sales and management experience in construction materials.
- University graduate.
- Proven track record in product selection and procurement.
- Excellent communication skills; proficiency in English, Hindi/Urdu, and Arabic is a plus.
- Independent worker with strong commercial acumen.
- Valid UAE driver's license.
